Sunday, February 19th, 2012

Lease is a contract by which one party conveys a land, property, services and etc. To another specified time, usually in return for a periodic payment. Lakeland office space lease is an example of lease. Spaces such as in 6155 South Florida Avenue are in lease. Although there is a shared public area and restrooms, the location is good. A 164,000 square feet office at 1006 Griffin road is also for lease. It is a multi-use campus office, warehouse and retail with room to expand. The walkway from parking lot to office is covered that would give comfort for all employees. Another office building in 44 lake Morton Drive is for lease. It is a single occupant type of office. Prices for the office building can be negotiable. Some may think that having lease gives bigger burden later on; you just have to remember that budgeting is one of the key to your successful business.

Finding an Apartment in NYC

Thursday, February 16th, 2012

When I was moving to Ney York City I thought it was going to be really easy to find apartments for rent. It is such a huge city that I figured there had to be tons of apartments in the area that I was moving to. I was dead wrong and finding NYC apartments was actually pretty difficult. I had to go online and do a search to find some apartments near my new office building. It was tough because I moved to the city and moved in with a friend before I got an apartment. I thought it would only take a day or two to get settled but it actually took about three weeks. I am glad my friend was hospitable because otherwise I would have had no other place to go. My new apartment is great with a nice view of the city and I am renting it for a low price.
